Summary: Brasil TD is free and satirical. Play fair, respect other players and don't use offensive nicknames or photos. Premium is a one-time payment via Pix, with no pay-to-win, and a 7-day right of withdrawal.

1. Acceptance

By playing Brasil TD (brasiltd.com) or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. The game

Brasil TD is a multiplayer tower defense game played in the browser. It is free: you can practice and join online matches and rooms as a guest, without an account. A free account keeps your nickname, XP and ranking. Ranked and Premium require an account (see section 7). Nothing in Premium makes units stronger or waves easier.

3. Satire and fiction

The game is a fictional political satire. The game's characters, parties, operations, laws and institutions are archetypes invented for the purposes of humor and criticism. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. The game does not represent the position of any party, candidate or public body and must not be used as electoral advertising.

4. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Minors under 18 must have the authorization of their parents or legal guardians, including for purchases.
You can create an account with an email and password, with your Google account or with your Kick account. Use accounts that belong to you.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for what happens on your account. Let [email protected] know if you suspect unauthorized access.
The account is personal: do not sell, share or transfer your account.

5. Rules of conduct

It is forbidden to:

cheat: use bots, scripts, automation programs, client modifications, bug exploits or any other means of gaining an unfair advantage;
manipulate the ranking, for example by fixing results, losing on purpose or using multiple accounts;
harass, threaten, discriminate against or insult other players, or post hate speech;
impersonate another person, the game's team or authorities;
spam, or spread scams or malicious links;
attack, overload or try to break into the servers, or access other people's data;
use the game for any illegal activity.

6. Nicknames, photos and chat

Nicknames, profile photos and chat messages are seen by other players. You are responsible for what you post.
Only upload images you have the right to use. Images that are sexual, violent or hateful, that show third parties without their authorization or that imitate someone else's identity are forbidden.
By uploading a photo, you authorize us to store it and display it in the game while it is on your profile. You can change or remove it whenever you want.
We may remove or change nicknames, photos and messages that violate these terms, without prior notice.

7. Premium and payments

Premium is a one-time payment, made via Pix and processed by Woovi (OpenPix). It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.
Free trial and welcome price: each account gets Premium for free for 5 hours, counted from the first access to the account (for accounts created before October 9, 2026, from the first access since that date). The trial is available once per account. During those 5 hours, buying Premium forever costs the promotional price shown in the game (R$ 4.99); after that, the regular price applies. If no purchase is made, the Premium features are locked again when the trial ends; what you played during the trial (matches, XP and ranking) stays on the account. During the trial, the profile photo is chosen from the game's portraits; uploading your own photo requires purchased Premium.
Premium codes and gifts: you can buy Premium as a gift, via Pix, at the regular price. Instead of unlocking your account, the purchase generates a code (BTD-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) that you send to whomever you want. The code gives Premium forever to the first account that activates it and can only be used once; an account that already has Premium cannot redeem it. Brasil TD may also hand out codes in giveaways and partnerships; these may have an expiration date. Codes have no cash value and are not exchanged or refunded once activated. The 7-day right of withdrawal applies to the gift as long as the code has not been activated: the code is canceled after the refund. Keep your code safe like a password: whoever has the code can activate it.
Premium can also be unlocked without any payment to Brasil TD: partner streamers' accounts have Premium, and some partners, indicated in the game, unlock Premium for anyone who gives, renews or receives a sub on their Kick channel (the same Kick linking rules described below for skins apply). Premium unlocked this way is also forever; there is no refund, because no payment was made to Brasil TD.
Premium unlocks features such as ranked matches, all of the game's heroes (partners' exclusive heroes are unlocked separately, in the Shop), profile photo, crown and golden name, exclusive emotes and an experience bonus, as described in the game at the time of purchase. It is valid for as long as the game is in operation.
Premium gives no strength advantage in matches.
Right of withdrawal: you can withdraw from the purchase within 7 days after payment (art. 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor, Brazil's Consumer Protection Code) and get your money back by writing to [email protected] from the account's email address. Premium is removed from the account after the refund.
Partner skins and heroes: hero looks and exclusive heroes made with partner streamers, sold in the Shop (Heroes tab). They do not require Premium and unlock their hero: a skin has the same powers as the base hero; an exclusive hero has its own powers, balanced against the other heroes. The amount paid via Pix goes to the partner's Pix key (only the Pix fee is deducted); Brasil TD keeps nothing. Some skins are also unlocked for anyone who gives, renews or receives a sub on the partner's Kick channel, as indicated in the Shop, and the sub counts even if Kick is linked in the game later. Subs made before the partner linked their channel to the game are not known to us and do not count. The Kick subscription is a Kick service, under Kick's rules and prices.
The 7-day right of withdrawal also applies to skins paid via Pix; the skin is removed from the account after the refund.
Fraudulent payments, or payments disputed without grounds, may lead to the removal of Premium and skins, and to the suspension of the account.
If the game is permanently shut down, we will give reasonable advance notice.

8. Moderation and suspension

If you break these terms, we may, depending on the severity: warn you, remove content, reset ranking or progress obtained improperly, or suspend or close the account. In cases of cheating or abuse, Premium may be lost without a refund, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided by law. If you disagree with a decision, write to [email protected].

9. Intellectual property

The game, including its code, art, characters, sounds, texts and the “Brasil TD” brand, belongs to its creators or is used under license. You may play, record and stream your matches, including with monetization on video platforms, as long as you do not claim that the content is official. Copying, reselling, reverse engineering or redistributing the game or its files is not permitted.

10. Availability and changes

The game is in active development. We may change the balance, modes, units and rules, carry out maintenance and fix bugs, including reverting results obtained through glitches. We do our best not to interrupt matches in progress, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

11. Liability

The game is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by unavailability, connection failures, actions of other players or misuse of your account resulting from a lack of care with your password. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Brazilian law.

12. Closing your account

You can request the deletion of your account at any time at [email protected]. After deletion, progress, ranking and Premium cannot be recovered. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to the data.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Relevant changes will be announced in the game or by email. If you keep playing after the notice, it means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law and contact
